Terms and Conditions - Last Minute Child Care

Before engaging the services of Last Minute Childcare, please carefully read the terms and conditions set out below. By using this service you understand and agree to all of the conditions of use. Last Minute Childcare reserves the right to change its terms and conditions so ensure to make periodical checks.

Last Minute Childcare provides a service of communication only between child care providers and prospective users.

As a user, both care providers and parents/guardians acknowledge that Last Minute Childcare will not/can not control the quality, timing, safety, legality or any other characteristic that is delivered by the carers/parents/guardians. Furthermore, Last Minute Childcare holds no accountability for the integrity or responsibility of any actions undertaken by the Parents/Guardians.

Last Minute Childcare will collect a booking fee from each vacancy that is filled. Any and all outstanding money that is owed is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian and the child care provider.

Payment for each vacancy is completed in two parts: (see 3.1, 3.2)

Firstly, Last Minute Childcare will direct you to an external PayPal site where a non-refundable booking fee will be paid. Upon payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the parent/guardian as well as the chosen provider.

Secondly, the final payment will be made in consultation with the child care centre.

Adding and removal of vacancies is the sole responsibility of the child care provider. Emails will be sent to confirm any vacancies that have been filled. Information should be kept up to date to ensure emails are received. Last Minute Childcare holds no accountability for the information that is displayed (i.e. centre information or vacancy details) on this site by the child care providers.
